I have been getting catheters from you for a longtime and never had a problem until this last order! When the lady called to set up my order I told her I was leaving on December 19and needed them to arrive by the 18th and she said no problem they would be there on the 18th! They did not come as promised and our son went back on Friday and I box went a k on Saturday and found them and the box was wet! Doris Fox Birthday 9/11/1937

Everything was fine except FedEx. The FedEx driver consistently leaves the package about 25 to 30 feet from my front door at my driveway. I am 88 years old and walk with a walker. There is no way that I can get the package into my house by myself. I have complained about this before. Comfort medical has insisted that they must ship by FedEx. FedEx is very unsatisfactory. Otherwise, enjoy your services, but I will be forced to switch suppliers if this type of shoddy delivery is to continue. How did I get the package in my house? Someone was walking by my house, walking their dog, and I asked if they could help me, which they did. I am not always so lucky.

Prompt service, courteous representatives are very helpful. Very happy with service, glad I’m using Comfort Medical.
