Prompt delivery of our first order which required extra effort on your employee's part in contacting my physician, obtaining prescriptions and completing all necessary paperwork was superb. My wife and I, who were both involved in the process, were quite pleased. Shipment was short 90 Catheters. Apparently, they had an order the doctor did not sign. Careless of the Doctor and staff indeed. But no follow up was done by Comfort Medical and the wrong quantity shipped. This was 2 weeks after the order. There was plenty of time to correct the mistake.
