Everything was great until I got the package. The box was open on top and on bottom. I don't think anybody open it, the person that tape the box didn't put the tape in the middle and one side was barely taped and that was on both sides and the tape came loose.

They were professional, knowledgeable and speedy.

I have only had my ostomy 18 months. I was with medline and had such a terrible experience. I have only had 2 shipments from you but i feel it is a positive experience. Thank you for being considerate of our needs. This is a rough journey with cancer so having your company make it less stressful is a welcome change.

This is a great company. I get my ostomy supplies from them and they are very pleasant to deal with. I was missing some adhesive remover spray from my order and i called them and they made the correction with no issue. I would and will recommend them to my fellow ostomates.
