This order was placed right after my husband's last catheter change. Due to 2 sepsisinfecton, he gets catheter changes every 3 weeks. The 3 month supplies with one order seemed to be a nice arrangement. I have told your reps this interval several times as did his doctor. But you had to send an authorization request AGAIN, and then you sent an approval request to his insurance company AGAIN. So here we are, his next appointment is tomorrow and we stil don't have the new supplies!!! I don't know what to do toget my husband needed spplies for his appointments.

Took one star because it took two weeks to process my request for a refill.. I had to do the calling back and forth between my doctors office and Comfort to follow up because i was running out of supply.. It was stressful on my part..

My wife done all the ordering but she said the rep was so nice and very friendly very helpful and patient with her because we have never had to use these before. Took time to explain things to her and she just kept bragging on how nice and patient the rep was. Sorry she don't remember who it was but you have a very valuable employee
