On time delivery for my mom's needs!

The lady we talked to was great. She was friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for a better person to help me order.

Prior to using Comfort Medical I was using a local medical supply company. Each month I had to call to get my monthly order. Sometimes, there was not enough catchers for my monthly supply and had to make more than one trip to the local company. Now with Comfort Medical, I am notified a few weeks early that it’s time to reorder. I reorder on the indicated day and receive the order in unmarked boxes by FedX within three days. The order is always correct and with the ease of opening my front door, I have my catheters. Comfort Medical has even offered to send other catheters to try without an additional charge. I’m so pleased that I made the change of catheter carriers.

Comfort Medical has been so good for years, but my last two orders were awful. In November I had to reuse catheters, and I'm going to have to do the same this time. I called 8 days ago when I saw that I was getting low and explained that my usage has gone up, probably because of the holidays. It wasn't till today that I got a call that there was a problem and that they hadn't sent any catheters. I don't understand why there's a problem; am I supposed to use the same number of catheters forever? Then waiting 8 days to let me know I'm not getting any catheters is ridiculous. I'm going to be pretty unhappy if I get another bladder infection because of reusing catheters.
