The catheters are good, but too soft to penetrate the urethra, just that.

It took a month for my order to arrive
It took a month for my order to arrive. No communication at all. I had to shop elsewhere.

Less than satisfactory
Mary Ann faxed my order on 1-15. I followed about a week later and was told it was still in process and they were waiting for an order from my doctor. That order was in the process before I was called for my insurance information and to confirm delivery address. It was delivered on 1-28. I do not consider this an example of good service.

Great, timely service for ordering my daughter's catheters. She is 35 now and has been self-catheterizing for 30+ years. We have used multiple medical supply services over the years. Hands down the best ever. The service agents are also super to work with. Thanks for making this challenge so much easier for all of us.
