I had recently learned about Coloplast products and on June 28th 2021 contacted Coloplast in regards to placing a 3 month order for ostomy supplies. I had recieved a sample pack from Coloplast and was very impressed with quality and ease of use of the products. I found Coloplast does not sell directly to the public but was advised that Coloplast is associated with a company called Comfort Medical. I was put in contact with a Comfort Medical representitiave named Althea. I must say that Althea went above and beyond her regular job duties to ensure that I recieved my order for a 3 month supply of Ostomy products in a timely fashion. Althea took all of my information and during the phone call, Althea clearly demonstrated her extensive knowledge of each Coloplast product. At the end end of the phone call Althea advised that she was only waiting for a prescription from my Dr. to proceed. My Dr. faxed the script to Althea on June 29th 2021 and by 2:30 P.M. on June 30th the 90 day supply was sitting on my porch. I was simply amazed at the speed and proficiency of Comfort Medical as well as the professionalism of Althea who made purchasing these Ostomy supplies a true pleasure. Because of this I am a customer for life and very impressed in which my order was handled and delievered. Thank you Comfort Medical and Althea. Please keep up the fantastic job.

I have always had good customer service since I started ordering in Fall of 2020. I had worked with Coloplast directly to find initial products that were best suited my body. CM staff is helpful, knowledgeable & patient. Ordering process is efficient & timely. Unfortunately as my recovery progressed my body changed & I had a real challenge to find a solution. Customer Svc heard my desperation & set me up with David a CM Coloplast product specialist. David worked very hard over several weeks making suggestions to come up with the right product. I'm afraid this is going to be an ongoing challenge but feel confident that the team at CM are committed to helping me through this period of adjustment. Looking forward to working with Comfort Medical as I go through this new chapter of my life. Thanks to all for their efforts on my behalf.
