Customer service is very good and products are delivered quickly

I give Comfort Medical a 5 star review! I have worked with them for a number of years and have always had great service from them. Whether by phone or internet, they always give great customer service, advice and great representatives, as well.

The 'catheter works well, is packaged handily, does not irritate the penis and is farly priced.

The products are great. The people are great. I received it like in 2 days. The only thing that needs to be changed/updated is the software in your app. Where the quantity of an item is shown, there should be a way to change it to zero. As an example. I use around 70 of the Curity All Purpose Sponges each order cycle. They come in a box of 200. So I don’t need a box of them each order cycle. Lyle Mead
