I use Comfort Medical for my toddler's urinary catheters for the past 6 months and have never had a problem ordering supplies from them. The associates we've spoken with were all very helpful and comforting during our difficult time in the hospital as well (setting up our medical insurance and ordering for the first time, etc). All of our supplies are high-quality (even better than what we were given from the hospital) and always come on time. We always receive a reminder phone call and email from them reminding us that it's time to order again, which we know from our dwindling supplies. But we're thankful to get the reminders because we have gotten sidetracked before (easy to do with an active toddler) and we count on these reminders to remember to order her supplies. I would definitely recommend their company for any medical supplies you might need.

Helpful reps on the phone, very prompt delivery of my catheters. I received them the next day, even though I told the rep I had about 20 day supply left at home. Bills my insurance company for me. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. However, FedEx mutilated the box by the time it reached my home. Fortunately, the cathethers were not damaged.

Took awhile to get stuff situated for my first order when I had no supplies. Otherwise the service was great!

I called on Friday evening and got an answer. Phone person said no one in that dept.,took info said they would call when in. Got the call on Saturday morning. Took all of info. Received a call on Monday morning for all insurance, dr.,etc. Received the package of supplies on Tuesday afternoon. Unbelievable service.!

This is a device I am sorry I need to use and it scared me. However, now that I have used it for several weeks I find it easy to use and I am relaxed using it. My husband never complains of any pain and that is important.
