For failing to deliver crucial products on time and not disclosing cost of items.

I joined your company as I was very disappointed with my last supplier. He we are on my first shipment and it was sent to Salt Lake City UT and I live in Omaha NE. They were aware I had about 10 days of Catheters left and the shipment ended up in UT. I called today after chasing down my shipment and let them know I was down to a 3 day supply and she said it should be there either tomorrow or latest Monday. This just wasn’t a vey good first impression by your Team!

Service was quick and easy and delivery date was on time, no problems at all..
