Have been a customer over three years. Switched insurance companies in April. Comfort Medical did not take CareOne. Tried to get service from Advanced Care Solutions was a joke. Called them 2 weeks in advance. Between red tap I ordered fill in from Amazon and requested from you one again. I thank God that I received my order the day after you placed t as I was down to my last unit. Advanced finally sent me a one month supple the day after your or arrived. I sent their order back. Thank

Comfort was very Helpful and stayed with me until everything got completed

the first month went fine then they made a company decision to change my catheter 3 days before i ran out.new product came 5 days later and was totally inferior to my original catheter.

We received wonderful care from people who really cared and wanted to help. What more can you ask you in a company!
