My supplies came on time and actually earlier than expected.

Exceptionally fast shipping and excellent communication with both me the customer and Coloplast the manufacturer. I’m impressed!

The representative that processed my order went above and beyond even when I was being an irritated customer. I received my package as expected and even received a follow up call to notify me of shipping time.

Just became a customer last week and I should have done it sooner. After fighting with my big name supply company for the entire month of July to get my supplies shipped, I contacted Comfort Medical on a Monday afternoon. On Wednesday my supplies came; but had an error in the shipment. I thought this was more of the same and called Comfort to tell them the issue. Athena was as upset at the error as I was and assured me that this rarely happens. She told me not to worry, she would take care of it and I would have my order in 24 hours. The next day I received my corrected order; something the other company could not handle even after being a customer for 8 years. Thank you Athena and Comfort Medical. After being a customer for only a week, I have already been treated better than ever and am so happy to have found you guys!

Shipment was not up to usual Comfort Medical standards. Items were shipped in a large carton with no additional packing, One box of pouches had come open and the ten pouches were strewn around loose in the carton. Fortunately, the pouches were not damaged. I emailed a photo of the open carton as a Reply to the shipping notice.

Telephone call was all I could have asked: caring, informative and factual. Order arrived before i even expected it. Thank you, All, for wonderful service

Awful company. I was sent an email telling me I had an outstanding balance, no bill, just an email telling me to pay before a certain date. Tried to call them and was on hold for 30 minutes and had to give up and select the call back option and did not receive a call back. According to my health insurance company EOBs I do not owe them anything. Anyway, so I thought I would just pay the bill anyway to protect my credit but I cannot because the bill payment screen needs a Patient ID which they have not given me because they never sent me an invoice. Just want to get this resolved in some way!!!! Very frustrating.

I do business with Ms. Joanne Folk, she is the best. She is professional and represents Comfort Medical well. She takes good care of my needs and is a pleasure with which to work.
