Comfort Medical is new to me as my former supplier ( Liberator Medical ) left me high & dry. They failed to sign a contract with my insurance plan. Comfort Medical has been excellent with picking up my order and communicating with my insurance company. I hope that we have a long relationship.

Right on time.

They did not follow up with my doctor as they said they did for a new prescription. They left off the smaller barrier strips that I needed to have to try the new 2 piece system. Most of the time I don't have any issues, but when my supplies never were received, I had to call them. They first said it was insurance, which was untrue, then said my doctor never sent the new prescription. For now, I'll stay with them, but if another issue occurs, I'm going back to the supplier I used when I had a temporary ostomy.
