My shipment of catheters & lub gel arrived as scheduled, but the outer box was smashed in quite badly on one side. Luckily, the contents were not damaged. This may have happened by the courier, but I don't know as the box was left on the porch and I couldn't ask. One real complaint that I have is with settling a claim on my last EOB statement from Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. It was for the service date of 7/7/21. I called them....got no satisfaction so I called Comfort Medical for their billing dept and got a representative named Brenda Sczepanik. She could see the problem and said she would get it taken care of but I never heard back from her, nor did I get a bill for my co-pay for that shipment. She said she would get one out to me right away......it has been close to 2 weeks and it has not gotten to me. I have been wanting to pay my co-payment from that date of service (7/7/21) but I never can get someone to send me a bill. It should be for $125.28. Seems no one at Comfort Medical seems to be interested in getting money due them. It is frustrating for me, but otherwise my dealings with CM has been very good for many years. I would serve rate them 4 star for their general service.

The people I spoke with on the phone both times were courteous and informed about products. I was very happy with the service they provided me.

My first order experience: Customer service was great. But wasn't impressed with timeliness of getting my order to me. Hopefully this will improve. Compared to another company I was ordering from, Comfort Medical is a big improvement.
