The catheters sent were NOT the ones I discussed with your rep over the phone. And they are about the most expensive caths I've viewed online. I won't be buying anymore in the future. A ripoff.

I have not been happy with this company or Customer Service. I called for the first time & waited 20 minutes o hold & then was disconnected. I called back & waited another 10 minutes & the CS REP asked a couple of questions & then transferred me to another person to place my first order. After another 30 minutes I hung up. I called back a couple of hours later & the person told me the doctor had to order catheters or insurance wouldn't pay. I called my doctor's office & they faxed them what they wanted right away When I finally got my order it was WRONG! When I called them to tell them it was wrong they said they would have somebody call me back that day. I still haven't heard back from them. I went to my doctor & they confirmed the supplies were wrong & gave me 1 catheter bed bag & q leg bag. I'm leaving for vacation in 4 days & have no supplies!!! I'm very unhappy!!!

It took two months to finally get service due to all the requirements. Many phone calls, multiple mistakes, but finally got supplies.

I have been using another company since my surgery in June and was never happy. Comfort Medical staff was so nice and informative and it was actually COMFORT to deal with. Very happy with my shipment but especially the information I got from your staff and being able to get the supplies I wanted. Thanks so much
