The person that I placed my order with was professional and polite. Order shipped as scheduled. 3 month supply was convenient. Only issue was one container of #6210561 missing 1barrier. I inventory all shipments when received. Item not found in any other package. They quickly responded and sent missing portion plus a few. Thanks

Lynette was a rock star for me. She helped me tremendously when I was changing from another company that I have used for years. She pulled all the necessary paperwork together and made it smooth. I was released from the hospital on 11/22/21 but I did not get my supplies until 12/02/21. I understand that the holiday made the situation worse than normal but it was a long and difficult wait. I got the supplies I needed and there were no shipping issues (damage/missing items, etc), but the fear/worry/helplessness I felt during the wait was one of the darker parts of my recovery.
