I am a new customer with Comfort Medical and I must say I was pleased with the service as a new customer. However, the enrollment was a nightmare. The enrollment was not what I expected, too confusing. Products that I need seems to be readily available, we'll see how it goes nxt time.

The representative asked many relevant questions. She answered several of mine. When I asked something she couldn't answer, she consulted and then called me back with the answer. The supplies arrived before the projected date, and were exactly what I needed. They included a free, wonderful carrying bag as well.

My experience with you has been excellent. Always friendly and professional. The orders ship and arrive when you tell me they will. Looking forward to more.
