It took a MONTH to get supplies. Numerous times I was told it was ready to ship then later told something else. You can't wait a MONTH to get ostomy supplies. We are done and going somewhere else.

The on boarding process was not great (Dr faxed the order twice and it was still not received) and took 10 calendar days. Customer service was excellent and worked with me to expedite the the order and followed up.
