I’m very pleased

I have never had a problem with comfort medical getting my medical supplies to me in a timely manner. When I've had to adjust my supplies they've been more than accommodating. I wish I could say that much for FedEx LOL

With so much difficulty in other companies to get the most important medical supplies, Comfort Medical is professional, kind, and excellent in Public relations abilities. We have been using Comfort Medical since 2018, and you will see my review because it has just been updated. I had forgotten I had written the review. Well, as I had predicted we always start out good with these vendors and at some point, it turns bad. They obviously did not submit the claims for our orders to our insurance in a timely manner, and they are trying to say we owe them over seven thousand dollars since 2020, and here it is 2022. Meanwhile, every three months, they have been calling to remind us they are sending our order. They had us believing they were being paid by our insurance. Now they are asking us for money we do not have. This is something these vendors do to force you to pay out of pocket. Well, we don't have it, and will continue to insist that they reach out to our insurance. But just be careful, and reach out to your insurance every now and then to make sure your bills are being paid, so you do not get caught fighting for your life to receive supplies you may need,

My package was delayed because of FedEx and both times I called the customer service representative took care of everything. I was out of supplies so the overnight a new order.
