The billing statements and the EOBs from insurance never match. The payment amounts charged to my card are not properly reflected on my statement form Comfort Medical either. I recommend using anyone else over this company.

Comfort medical was very helpful in providing samples to try when my preferred choice of catheter was unavailable. One of those was acceptable and will be used until supply problem is resolved

I sent an Rx and received half of what was ordered. It has been several weeks and still supplies have not been delivered. Phone calls not returned. I received an email today stating that they didn't have the providers name. Obviously it is on the Rx that they partially filled. I am really disappointed.
