During the initial conversation, I asked the person to let me know if they had a problem getting the prescription back from the doctor. I haves not received my shipment a week later so I called and was told CM was still waiting on the prescription!! Luckily, my doctor’s nurse called and the shipment was sent and arrived in 2 days!

I felt bullied by the phone representative to make a purchase. It is not up to her to tell me what Ostomy supplies I need, or when the last time I purchased a particular product. I felt she was rude and abrasive. I will choose another company to purchase my Ostomy supplies.

This company is a lifesaver! I've been on disability for over 3 years and have had to pay out of pocket for my medical supplies,(osteomy bags,barriers,adhesive wipes),because no other company would accept my insurance,(Humana,Medicade),and I had times I didn't know how to pay for my other living expenses.And then I discovered Comfort Medical and now I don't have to worry about having enough supplies to last month to month.Thank You again for helping me and God Bless everyone at Comfort Medical!

Unable to order required amount of lubricating deodorant. I am contacting Medicare to confirm the limit quoted by your representative because i have been using required amount from past supplier.
