Our old supplier was bought and no longer carried supplies I was using Comfort Medical and my Doctor help set me up with supplies I am used to and prefer. I appreciate their service

I usually have a good experience with Comfort Medical, but this last time was no so great. There was a problem processing my order because the prescription had expired and it needed to be updated. I was never notified of it. When I didn't get any notices about my order I had to call and that's how I found out. Comfort should've notified me and I could've gotten it taken care of and it wouldn't have taken nearly 3 weeks to get my supplies.
