I get what I order and is boxed nicely , no crushed boxes like some customers have claimed .

New customer here. I want to thank Tanika for the time and care she spent with me this morning explaining the ordering process and Medicare rules. There's a lot to learn adjusting to a colostomy. Tanika patiently reviewed everything, down to arranging a three-way call to the manufacturer, for additional answers. It was the help I needed. A true comfort.

In the past, some of the Bard cath kits are missing items❗️For example sterile gloves and other items as well❗️You are very prompt with sending my orders and your representatives are very nice and helpful❗️

Love the fact that you can shower with the system on and everything stays put.

Initially my order was not filled because of no Dr. endorsement. Comfort Medical did not notify me for over a week. I found out upon further calls to Comfort Med. be me. Once we got my primary urologist involved all problems were resolved and I received my first shipment of supplies. This delay got me dangerously low on supplies.
