Only negative is that I received email notice that my supplies arrived but I wasn't home - and it was raining. Fortunately nothing got ruined. Wish I would have received notice when they shipped (prior to delivery date) so I could have made a provision for someone to take inside for me in my absence. This is not the first time that I received shipping information after the fact.

Service is excellent but sometimes my insurance info gets lost in the shuffle and supplies get delayed. It should be on permanent file for all involved. Thanks
