Dena A, has been amazing since our first interaction back in December 2021. She has been so helpful and nice. We were set up originally with a difference company which has proven to be less than desirable. Comfort Medical has gone above and beyond since day one before we were even customers.

My neighbor uses Comfort Medical and she was very happy so that is what I went to. I am happy with the product and accessories. I rate CM a 4 because it took several times for the doctor's order to go through. I don't know who wasn't communicating well but it really held up the process. This is new to me and I didn't know what all to order. The customer service rep was very helpful and the right size was sent. The hospital gave me 2 different sizes that did not work. So i appreciate her help. Thank you, EFC .
