Terrible will probably change companies

The sign up was great. The first order was a disaster. We received a box from FedEx that stated 37 lbs that had only 1 brochure, 1 travel pack and a broken box with 15 catheters in it. We had to wait the weekend to call into Comfort Medical to get this corrected. the 450 catheters were shipped overnight thanks to Athena and received on time.

Supplies delayed, had to call to remind you to send them. Got an email the day after my order: " Dear TYLER, We are writing to inform you that your supplies are delayed. We are doing our best to minimize the delay so that you don’t have to worry about running out." I figured you all would actually be "with the program" to get those sent out as soon as they were available. I went on vacation a few days later, and had to bring some older expired supplies with me and reuse catheters while on my trip. When I got home from my trip, my supplies still had not been delivered (this was about 10 days later), and I had to call and remind you to do it.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Comfort. People are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Shipping is quick. Great job!
