I was told that my order was ready and would be shipped out on a Friday. The following Thursday I called to check on it and it still had not shipped. The CSR immediately had it shipped overnight and it was there when I got home from work. We all make mistakes. I was glad that the right thing was done to correct it.

Sandy did an amazing job assisting me over the phone with fitting my ostomy equipment on and providing guidance on caring for the skin affected by the barriers.

Even though there was confusion about my insurance change, everyone was respectful and helpful to get my order processed Thank you!
