There was a mishap in my not receiving my much needed ostomy supplies by the expected delivery date per FedEx tracking. The item was shipped but never picked up, therefore the status reflected the items were "pending." I contacted your office & spoke with a very professional, courteous & sympathetic employee. When I advised her of my dilemma, she advised me that the shipping label had been created but the package had inadvertently not been picked up by FedEx. She apologized, credited my account & assured me that my package would arrive next day. It arrived within the 24hours stated. I am elated & will be ordering from this medical supplier from here on out. Thanks in advance...have a great day.
