This was my first time ordering with Comfort Medical. The people that I worked with were wonderful! They helped walk me through the process and were very professional. Adjusting to a new colostomy has been difficult but everyone I spoke to was encouraging and positive. Thank you for making my first ordering experience a positive one.

everything went well

The last order contained too many boxes of ileostomy bags. When I called, fearing my insurance would not pay for such a large order, I was told that the insurance would pay for it and that the order was the maximin that the insurance would pay for. Why was I sent so much, as I didn’t have a need for so many.

Well, I was concerned because I hadn't heard from Hollister or my Doctor, so I just started calling and that same day my product came from you and then I called you and a representative told me that everything was taken care of and that my insurance company was contacted and if I owed a Co-Pay they would send me a bill. So I recalled Hollister and my Doctor and said not to worry I received my product. Then a very nice lady called me From Comfort Medical and asked if I received it and if I needed anything else or had a question just to call. She gave me all the information I needed.
