We have been dealing with Comfort Medical since March, 2022, in an effort to secure Ostomy Supplies for Doris Radcliffe Hefner, 01/14/1937. The supplies requested are: (1) Hollister One Piece Ostomy Pouches, #8448, presized to 1 1/4 inch diameter. (2) Medline Urinary Drainage Bag, REF DYND25405S (3) Medline SUREPREP Protective Wipes. No initial shipment on these items has been received! We received, by mistake, a full box (2ft.x2ftx4ft) of Catheters. Contacted Comfort to received multi-apologies and promise of expedited shipment of correct items. Never received! Received email on May 2, estimating order shipment on 05/02/2022, with confirmation email with tracking number to follow. Never received! Learned Comfort had contacted Doris' Surgeons office on 05/04/22. Comfort reported the receipt of signed paperwork on 4/21/22, Called 2 persons at Comfort this a.m., promising return call. None received! WHEN IS THE ORDERED SUPPLIES GOING TO BE SHIPPED? If no satisfactory response I to his question is not received by 5:00 p.m. today, 04/06/22 we will cancel the order with Comfort and secure a reliable source for the needed Ostomy supplies. My 3 month supply order of ostomy supplies arrived overnight, which I appreciated, as I was completely out of supplies. However, instead of receiving pouches, I received 6 jars of diaper rash ointment. Without pouches, all of the other items received are useless. When I reported this, I was to have the pouches shipped overnight again, only to find out that they were not shipped that way. I have not received the replacement order of pouches yet. I am praying that the order has been filled correctly.
