I have been cathader dependent for about 8 months and have had problems with every shipment and never got the order right one time. Not only did they fail to get the oreders right, but the reps were downright rude and incompetent. I reached directly to Coloplast for a referrral to another company. The very kind and professional lady referred me to Comfort Medical. The interaction with my doctor was professional and without a problem. I just recieved my first order today, and it was as requested. First time since I have been using catheters, that someone got it right. Thank you,
