After no response from the first company my Doctor had contacted for my father's supplies, they tried Comfort Medical. I'm so glad the first company didn't respond because I have had the best experience with this company. I wish I knew the name of the woman that helped me with the order because she was amazing. I didn't know anything and her knowledge and patience and compassion was above and beyond. Thank you so much. Maybe you can look up my father's order and see who helped me. I think she should be acknowledged.

This the first for ordering

Delivered what was promised when they promised it.

I received a notice for a free water bottle and I went in to claim it. It wanted some personal info and the customer ID number that was on the notice but then it said I needed the form BELOW but there wasn't any form to fill out. Guess I'm SOL for getting what they were offering.

I still haven't received my order. First they said monday, then Tuesday and it still hasn't shown up. Guess I will look for someone else to take care of my needs.
