I have always had good service with Comfort Medical and received the supplies in a timely manner. Customer service personnel have been respectful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to others in need of their medical supplies.

We have used Comfort Medical for my sons medical supplies and I couldn’t be more happy with this company. Customer service reps are always kind and considerate and willing to help in any way they can.

Customer service was great but according to the app I should have been able to adjust the quantities within the app but this was not the case. Instead of being able to order online in a short period of time I had to call, wait on the next available agent for help to adjust the quantity.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

On time. Correct products. Who could ask for more?

Supplies should be shipped when they tell you they are going to be shipped. I have been without supplies twice now in the past 7 months. That’s not even counting the times they have sent the wrong supplies.
