This is an edit of the review I submitted previously. I received a phone call from Comfort Medical to apologize and to offer me a postpaid label to return yhe cathetets.She explained that my account is on automatic delivery. We changed that. I am still unsure If I will need the catheters! my Dr. Is investigating. I have 30 days to return the product. I appreciate the phone call. I have liked comfort medical's product, service, and customer care. But recently I called to ask that my upcoming delivery be held as I was not using any catheters following a surgery. "OK", they said. But then I received my shipment of 120 catheters! I still don't know if I am going to rrsume using them; I see the surgeon in 2 days.My insurance will no doubt be billed.

Order process was so easy. They got everything setup over the phone and followed up to let me know that they hadn't received the signed order from the doctor yet. Everything was packaged well and arrived the next day after it was shipped. Any time I have called, I got a person in the phone right away, and each time, they have been able to resolve the reason for my call within minutes. That in itself is worth its weight in gold. Can't say enough good things about Comfort Medical!

Melissa was very helpful and informed me when my order was shipped. She was very pleasant on the phone and I received my order today. I am pleased with all the supplies it is what she explained would be coming . My Husband is a new Colostomy user we are still learning how to use the Flange and drainable bag but so far everything has gone smoothly.
