Extremely late! Was supposed to be shipped out on Thursday and it didn’t! So I was out and had to wash and reuse til got here on Tuesday! So this month do better or will switch companies.

I had such a great experience with the company. Ordering was easy. Shipping was quick. I worked with Corinne (might be spelled differently) and she was amazing. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

The only problem I encountered was the inability of your agent who took my order to discuss copay amount. He promised I would receive a follow-up email with pricing info, bit I didn't. In my opinion, things should not move forward until copay amount is clarified.
