As a new ostomy patient, we had so many questions. Your customer service is absolutely the best! You have knowledgeable people with a great deal of patience. Delivery of supplies was on time. Products work for me which was a great relief! I highly recommend your company and it's products for anyone.

Always professional and on time.

Everything went well, except that I ask the person I was dealing with to note that I wanted the package to be placed on my porch where it is under cover and more secure. I also have a doorbell with a camera that will alert me that the package is delivered. However, FedEx continually puts the package by my garage door where I cannot see it, my doorbell cannot see it & and alert me, and it is exposed to any weather conditions. I don't want my package to get rained on, snowed on, or stolen. Leaving the package by my garage door is about one of the worst places to leave my delivery. I would like Comfort Medical to ensure my package is left on my porch as it should be. This is an incredibly simple request. I would like to see that it happens in the future.

I put two stars because Comfort Medical did not get my order correct. It was missing an item all together. I haven't had a chance to call to get it corrected because of the holiday weekend. I'm pretty disappointed, this is my second attempt to use an online supplier without great success.

I am difficult to get hold of by phone…in and out of service frequently due to travel. I used the email address for customer service to place an order. Right away I received an acknowledgment and confirmation. Shortly after that I received a shipping notice. All items arrived intact and on time. Such an easy process! Thank you
