Excellent service. Thanks to Beverly. She answered all my questions. The pouches are very comfortable.

I think I'm going to like Comfort Medical however, in setting up my first order, no one at Comfort followed up to make sure the fax number was correct with one of my doctors. I received my supplies for my urositimy quickly and correct within 5 days of placing my order. For my colostomy however, the fax number Comfort used was wrong and no one caught it in spite of my calls. I have received my order a full 3 weeks after ordering and after I ran out of bags!

I am impressed with the customer service. I get what I want when I need it. That's Great Service.
