Our experience with Comfot Medical (Jessica) has always been outstanding. When we have received an incorrect order, it has been corrected immediately. Thank you for giving us the confidence of not having to worry about our granddaughters supplies getting to us on time. There is great comfort in this, especially dealing with a new SC injury of a child and all that goes along with learning day to day care for her. We have been customers since her MVA in 2020. Comfort medical made the transition so easy for me they were so knowledgeable about all of their products and their services. Their customer service reps were absolutely amazing and so kind. I wish I would have found out about Comfort medical sooner because they have truly been a blessing to me.

I tried to order supplies online but it wouldnt let me, I was contacted by phone and ordered but it did not go through.
