I ordered my supplies and they were supposed to be shipped on August 22nd and I usually receive them a day or 2 later. I only received 1 item of the order on the 24th. I am still waiting for the rest of my supplies. I hope to get them tomorrow Monday, August 29th. Luckily, they are not supplies I need today or tomorrow.

I was surprised to see how fast you responded with samples and my order.

It did take a long time to process my 1st order but it was not Comfort Meds fault. My doctors office did not fill out the prescription properly. An agent from Comfort Med kept me up to date on the issue. I was pleased that I was kept in the loop. When I received my products, I was very happy with what I got. I was also surprised that the company called with a follow-up regarding my delivery. That you for your care and understanding.

Wish there were more caring and professional people like Harley Mead... He's been so helpful and kind to us. Please continue to hire all employees in this lovely man's image.
