My latest experience was terrific but one prior to that didn’t ask enough information in regard to latest changes in correct sizes of wafers and their order number.

Bryant the service rep, numerous other personnel, very knowledgeable and know the products they provide. Shipment arrived on time Bryant was able to get an item added to the order. side note: I did receive a call from a customer service person, that was not all able to speak clear english (One of the main reason I switched from EdgePark, I was told by my service rep THIS would never happen Opps.

I ordered a refill and rec'd a call that due to logistics they were out of the catheters but could send a 30 day (rather than 90 day) supply of a similar item and then would call again a month or so later re the original order. I accepted this, however in the past when I have deferred the refill order til later, oftentimes I never rec'd a call. Will see how it works this time.

I should not have to call you multiple times AFTER I have placed and CONFIRMED my order to see why you have not actually shipped it when promised.

I've always, several years, had great success with your company. However, this order came with wrong product. How the mixup I don't know. But I'll wait till next order to get correct product. All is well Thank you

This new process of our health challenge was made extremely easy with the help of your staff. Dealing with the new normal is challenging enough; not having to deal with dr prescriptions and insurance is a welcomed blessing. Staff is helpful and courteous.

They are always kind and even if there's a mistake, they correct it really fast with a quick call to their nice folks. I get my urostomy supplies through them and have no plans to go anywhere else. They take good care of me. Thank you 😊
