The order is incorrect. I don't know whose fault it is, but it is wrong and this is not the first time!! The representative was nice enough, but most of the items are of no use.

It has to do with the packers. They just can't seem to get it right. Stuck with you guys. I guess you know that, and don't care. I feel like I have been given the middle finger.

I’m a long time customer. This was a total boondoggle. Review the case for the details. There’s a long list of notes. Your people did not follow up with me at all. All queries were initiated by me. I’m searching for a new vendor possibly.
