ColourTreeReviews of colourtreeusa.com

Customer service was excellent . We ordered a custom shade and the response time for both the estimate and invoice was very fast. The reps were also helpful when we called .

ColourTree offers a large selection of shade sizes but not what I wanted to use on the patio. I contacted customer support and Victor C was fantastic. I requested a custom size, and between the estimate, invoice and product landing at my door was 4 days! The shade is exactly what I wanted and looks great. Great product, great price, fantastic customer service!

The sales person was very patient and helpful to me

I LOVE this sun shade. We got the 22X16 I believe. We ordered steel poles got them prepped and set. We put the attachment points up on top of the house because of height. My back deck is now a place to spend time instead of getting scorched! Wish I would have done it years ago!

I called to confirm the cement anchors' size and was told 11/16 and even listed that on their instructions. After drilling the first hole, I checked the fit, which was too big. I checked the size, and they are 5/8” anchors, and even the anchor plate was 5/8”. I got the poles, and three out of the four poles were dented. FedEx must have thrown them around as the boxes were trashed due to the lacked protection on the poles that came through the end and even split a box open. I also paid for expedited shipping, and Colour Tree shipped it standard. They apologized and said they would make a new sun sail and send it express for Saturday delivery as they knew I needed it. They shipped the 2nd one four days later, arriving 1-1/2 hours apart from each other. Now they want me to drop it off at a FedEx location to return it. The only good thing is one of them had a small tear by the seam. Their quality control is not reasonable and not worth the price for the condition of what you receive. I firmly believe you get what you pay for, but not in this case.

Great product, great service......wish it was made in USA

Our shade sail is great!!! Perfect color and size. It arrived about a week after ordering and installation was a breeze. Nice to have a custom size available.

No instructions on how to determine spacing of the support poles to allow for the stretching of the sun shade.
