Products arrived intact which was very good considering it took 5 weeks to arrive from US to Ireland. One thing to note is your country's customs charges. This is no responsibility of Colourpops. I paid almost a third of the total cost of my order in customs charges alone. I would purchase again but be aware that it can take some time to the EU and customs.

I love what I got…,but one of the eyeshadows I ordered was cracked when I bought it. I probably could’ve returned it, but I am busy and I just wish it came as I ordered it.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would have done that. I tried to put an order for more than 25 times to no avail. Each time, i ended up receiving an email saying that it was cancelled for no reason et with zero explanations. I used differents card and contacted my bank to make sure everything was ok with them but nothing seemed to work. After a few day, I got an email telling me that my order was being taken care of and after checkig my bank account i had been debited of the amount of the order. A few week passed and there was no sign of my order so i decided to contact support. Their answer was that my order had been "voided". No more explanation than that once again

I have ordered from Colourpop before and those purchases were delivered fine. However, this time around some of the eyeshadows in two of the palettes were broken. What's worse is that I die not receive the blush I had ordered and paid for (from the Sailor Moon collaboration), but a Supershock blush in a shade I cannot use. I live in Germany and have to pay customs as well as other fees for every package I receive, so I will not bother with customer service, as it would cause me more trouble than it's worth. I do love Colourpop's products and it's not the company's fault international shipping is such a hassle, but I don't think I can order again if there are such problems with my purchase.
