Great quality and beautiful color choices

I ordered a pallette the weekend after Thanksgiving and never received ANYTHING not even a confirmation email so I reached out with an email and didn't get a response til December 10th! They said I never placed an order, so after going back and forth and having to prove with my bank statement I had been charged they finally prove me with a tracking number saying good news it's on it's way and will make it to me within 3-5 business days. By this time it's Christmas and things are crazy, I realize it's like the 17th and still nothing! I had to reach out again and they finally gave me a refund(which I didn't want, it was a Christmas gift so I wanted the product and to not have to replace the already ordered Christmas gift). I will never use colourpop again!!!

I ordered the mandolrian collection in 4th of December and I still haven’t received my order (: !

Shipping was far to slow, no emails to advise that parcel had been posted.
