I love colourpop! The quality of each and every product is amazing. It never disappoints.

Great website. Bought from it so many times. Makeup is top notch, the price point is just bonus. Only thing is the shipping delays are very random. Sometimes it takes a few days, sometimes it takes 2 weeks to ship. That's not unusual for them but just be aware of that. It's a small downside i can deal with compared to the products & prices, imo.

Waited two weeks for my order and it was missing a palette. I told customer service that if it couldn’t be given priority shipping, I would need a refund instead of a replacement since it was so close to Christmas. They ignored this, sent the replacement with standard shipping, and it arrived too late. When I pointed out that they had ignored my concerns and wasted my money they were once again not helpful. Don’t order from colourpop unless you’re ok with terrible customer service when something goes wrong.

Love this Colourpop!! The pigment is rich and saturated, and the glitters are phenomenal!! Will definitely be a long time purchaser!!

Received only 2 out of 4 items I ordered! The 2 I received were EMPTY BOXES!! They sent out those 2 items just to never send out the othe r2!!

The last couple times I have received broken eyeshadows.
