My products haven't arrived yet, but i have received all "the review this" and its sad.

I love the milk drops package not only do they have a sweet smell but glides on so refreshing and leaves skin so soft and supple I got the trio pack Matcha milk strawberry milk and coconut milk drops

I love ColourPop. Honestly my favorite brand! You get amazing Quality for a great price. I love all the eyeshadow palettes I’ve boughten (50 palettes) in the past 3 years. (I wear makeup everyday) I love all the blushes I’ve boughten. I love the hydrating foundation and concealer. The brushes and sponges are awesome. I wish y’all would open your own stores. Id much rather shop in stores at ColourPop the store then Ulta or Sephora. (My opinion) Thank you ColourPop for being a brand.

I wasn’t pleased with the selection of products in my box. They were all dark shades that I really can’t use. I love colourpop products but was so disappointed in this order.

They sent me an unsealed product, i sent them a detailed email with the order number photos of the open products my issue etc and they didnt read my email and started asking questions (the answers were all in my email) they then refused to chang it for me. When i asked for a refund they suggested a store credit for the full price of the item. I accepted until i noticed the credit expures within a few month so i explained i dont order makeup often and probably wont be able to reorder by the time the store credit expires(which i think is weird because its like a refund but that i can use only there so why is there a time limit) and they agreed to give me a refund but they didnt even give me a full refund so i had to open a dispute.
