The products are nice, but I had to pay almost 30€ of customs fees when it arrived. I never had a similar issue with other products of the US. If I had known that before, I wouldn't have ordered. Also it took a month to arrive, but that's ok considering it had to come such a long way.

The colors were not that great. I ended up just giving the mystery box to my daughter for play make. There wasn’t any natural or flattering colors I could use for any usable looks.

i love colorpop. the only thing that i have to critizise is tax handeling in foreign countries. the shipping would be much faster if the buyer could pay them beforehand, like other shops handle it.

My order did not arrive at the correct location. Instead of arriving at the location I gave, my order arrived at a local post office not even near me, and I was informed by them to pick up the parcel myself. This is ridiculous. Why do I have to go the post office to pick up my package myself? It should've been delivered to my address directly. On top of that, in the tracking page on DHL provided by Colourpop, the status was still "EN ROUTE" and hasn't been updated. I had to figure out myself that the message from the post office was this package, you can't expect customers to just figure this stuff out on their own. Additionally, I made my order on 11/29, and the arrival time promised was 10-25 days. However, 47 days have past when I received that message. Even a few days out of the 25 days range is not okay, but for it to be more than three weeks late is preposterous. Support simply blamed everything on delivery and did not even attempt to help. Disgusting company.

Colourpop’s makeup is very good quality and they have reasonable shipping. Their makeup is also very pigmented.

I order 3 candles and they didn’t came in my order I had to put in a claim In order to get my stuff, people really need to learn how to do their job it’s ridiculous I even had to send pictures on my order and the box.

Most of my products arrived with damage and I only got compensation for one of the three damaged items in my order. They've not responded to my second email explaining that I'm dissatisfied.
