I like the products and their pricing is good, too. What I don't like is that they don't put the actual price one paid on the package, but the original price. That way, if there's a sale and you're ordering from Germany, you have to pay taxes for the full price and not the actual, reduced price that you paid. I've told them about the problem, but they don't seem to care.

I have been a long time Colourpop user and fan, I have used the Lippie Stix for the past 10 years at least, religiously buying the same ones again and again. However, with my last two purchases over the past couple of years, I have noticed that the staying power of the lippie stix is definitely not the same anymore. In addition to the fact that the colors have been inconsistent as well from the original ones I have gotten used to over the years. One stick in the color Parker I bought from Target was a completely different color from my original one, and had a distinct almost-expired smell to it - i took it to a vacation abroad and couldn't use it at all. The worst thing that I have noticed is that most of the lipsticks fall out of their tubes and become free, almost right away. This has been true of everything I have tried - 3 Blotted Lip stix, several Lippie Stix and now even with my recent purchase of Transfer Proof lipsticks! 3 stars for price points though!

I liked how fast the shipping was and the value of being able to construct my own pallet based on the colors that i like. I also liked the variety of colors to chose from. However, some of the shimmers that i chose don’t really pay off. I had the Brazil pallet in the past which was so pigmented that i was excited to try this and it’s kind of been letting me down. Will continue to play with it and see if anything changes

It was fine the ordering was fine paying was fine the products are fine they’re not great but there not bad ! Now shipping seemed like it took forever ! That is why the 3 stars , it took I think over a week

The colors that I got look nothing like the colors that are on the website. I understand they’re just general swatches but it should at least be similar. They don’t last at all!

The pop socket is very cute but the listing is misleading. I bought the lip balm to use with it and it really does not fit well at all. It falls out so easily and is so long so it’s very easy to hit. I like the balm but probably wouldn’t have gotten it if I had known how annoying it would be to use with the popsocket.

The positive is that I love their cream stick eyeshadow and the ease of use. Plus the shipping was quick. My only issue is that when I ordered blush compacts one of the two arrived in pieces. I was able to get in contact with customer service for a replacement after I sent pictures of the product. Only issue is that when I received the replacement it too was in pieces. I will continue to order cream shadow sticks, but nothing else that has to do with palettes or powders.
