My first experience with Coco jewelry was not a plant one but since then they have redeem themselves a bit. They have sent me another ring so now I have two rings and a bracelet and they did apologize bfor their mistake. They have been pleasant and friendly. Thank you for the good customer service and another ring of the exact same nature that I first of ordered.

Good quality, great timing

Was sent the wrong colour when ordered different colours for the ring as it was a mother and daughter one with being told I could send it back and get a full refund even with returning it costing £15 . To then have some rude customer service and not helpful service. I would not recommend this company and to stay well clear from it

I ordered 5 personalized bracelets. Initially I was pleased with 4 of them. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to resolve the one I wasn't liking as much. I would definitely recommend Love Coco Jewelry and use them again
