Their customer service is excellent. I had the craziest experience because of the delivery courier. The package was stolen because they left it in an unsecured location. When I reached out to them Sarah tried to make it right by either shipping a new 1 to me or giving a refund. A few days later I had another order from another company & they used the same delivery service (it was GOFO). I gave verbal instructions to a CR person on where to deliver that package. Unfortunately the driver didn't follow those instructions & again left it downstairs in an unsecured area. Much to my surprise my missing package also appeared. You can't make this up. I reached out to Sarah & told her that it finally appeared & wanted to make it right with her & the company as the refund had already been processed. She graciously told me to keep the bracelet & not worry about sending the money back. The bracelet is great quality & exactly as pictured in their ad. This is a small company who cares about their customers & customer service is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience dealing with them. Sarah was amazing throughout.

The customer service at Cocojewelry is extraordinary! I had some issues with a gifted bracelet and they went above and beyond to help me. They are quick with email responses and their jewelry is beautiful! I highly recommend this company. I wish 10 stars was an option.
